For those who wish to learn more about the town?s history, several museums are located within Evergreen. The Hiwan Homestead Museum, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a 17-room home featuring exhibits spanning over 100 years of local history. The International Bell Museum is also available and offers the worlds largest collection of bells dating from 1,000 B.C to modern day.

For the wine connoisseur, Creekside Cellars offers great wine and great food in an intimate setting. All of their grapes are grown in the Grand River viticulture area and all of the production, from crushing to bottling, takes place at this venue.

The jewel of the community is without a doubt Evergreen Lake. Residents enjoy year round trout fishing. The lake also features ice-skating from mid December to mid March. There are picnic tables with barbecue grills and a 1.5 path that circles the lake.
